K.H. A Dahlan Mosque
Located in the central of integrated building UMY to ease the worship access, K.H.A Dahlan mosque is also used as the public space for learning, discussion and meeting for students’ activities.
It is a must that Islamic higher education should have an adequate infrastructure to support the worship activity, thus UMY has established mosque K.H.A Dahlan on 5400m2 of land area as the center of Islamic activity to support the improvement of mentality and behavior of civitas academica UMY. Mosque K.H.A Dahlan has three floors and more than 15.000 people for its capacity.
To support the sport activity, UMY provides Futsal Court, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Badminton Court, and Volley Court.
Open sport court is one of the facilities of UMY to support the extracurricular and sport activity for the students and civitas academica. The court is located in north unit of UMY is also used by several parties, specifically the society in UMY to organize an event, besides the court is also used as the exhibition and Bazar Muktamar Muhammadiyah and also as the training center with Hisbul Wathan Football School Kasihan Bantul.
Plaza and Students Park (Lapangan Bintang)
Students Park (Lapangan Bintang) is a park that have an octagonal star form and become the landmark of UMY. Lapangan Bintang becomes the center of students community activities.
An artistic symbol of octagonal star as the symbol of Islam and Islamic Da’wah. The Islamic Da’wah that have been spread by the lecturers, students, and the alumni is directed to eight of points, thus we expected that Lapangan Bintang can inspire the civitas academica of UMY to develop the Islamic values in their real life. Lapangan Bintang used to organize the outdoor activities such as exhibition, bazaar, sport arena or society activities such as Sholat Iedul Fitri and Iedul Adha.
IT Based Parking
Parking access based on students and employee card in two of main gate and parking areas
Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is very concern with the transportation infrastructure in UMY campus area to park the vehicles based on the standard security in UMY. The parking area for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles is separated based on the layout. UMY will give sanctions for the driver who park the vehicle in any place.
Every classroom in UMY is equipped with air conditioner and flexible class layout and adapt with the learning activities such as da’wah, group discussion and presentation. LCD and sound system are provided to support the multimedia learning process.
Library of UMY provides various of references of books, skripsi, and equipped with reading room and multimedia.

Laboratory of Statistic Computer
There are two laboratory in Faculty of Islamic Religion: Laboratory of Banking Practices and Laboratory of Statistic Computer. In order to improve the service for the students, Faculty of Islamic Religion has established the Local Area Network (LAN) in 1998. Furthermore, Faculty of Islamic Religion UMY always improve the computer facilities along with the technology development.
To facilitate the students in banking transaction in campus, UMY provides several bank counter such as BRI, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Bukopin, BPD Syariah, and the others. Besides, UMY also provides the ATM in campus area.
Internet dan Hotspot Area
To support the learning process, UMY provides free wifi access in whole campus area, email and blog as the communication tools and references.
To improve the data access, scientific journal and the other information for the civitas academica of Faculty of Islamic Religion UMY, UMY provides the internet connection in every class and strategic place in campus building.
Located below Lapangan Bintang, food court UMY provides various of food booth. Equipped with free WiFi and dining area and open everyday start from 08.00am-04.00pm.
Canteen for students and staff that located in west point of Faculty of Islamic Religion UMY provides various of food and drink with an affordable price for the students.
